Complete Networks has a number of support options for you to consider. Which one you choose will depend on your business - its size, its complexity and the nature of what you do. Support contracts are available for all technologies. We offer monthly agreements as well as 24 x 7 x 365 complete support packages.
Virtual IT Manager. You can outsource a virtual IT manager to your organisation from Complete Networks for a specified number of days per month or per year. Or for an agreed length of time. This is a good option to consider with a newly installed network.
