Background

Complete Networks Ltd. (“the Company”) is a services provider specialising in secure solutions for the connected world. With technical prowess that defies our size, coupled with the agility and flexibility we have been well placed to adapt to the changing circumstances resultant from the Covid-19 pandemic.

We recognise the Government’s initiative to tackle the spread of coronavirus in the UK has meant that people must work from home if at all possible and we have taken every step to facilitate our employees doing so.

At a business level we have reviewed the impact of such measures on our Business Continuity Plan to identify and mitigate the effects of Covid-19.

Practical measures beyond continuing to provide suitable IT and equipment to enable remote, secure working have included the issuance of an updated Homeworking Policy and an updated Data Protection Policy for Homeworking to provide for best homeworking practices in light of the Covid-19 pandemic and it’s medium to long-term implications.

Enhanced lines of communication between all employees have been promoted with relevant, emergency points of contact identified to ensure employees get the assistance they need when they need it.

Our responsibility for the Health and Safety of our employees remains resolute and we have issued additional guidance notes to assist our employees further safeguard their physical and mental wellbeing during this period of prolonged and sustained homeworking.

We will continue to monitor the current coronavirus pandemic closely, taking all necessary steps to adhere to Government guidelines and/or prevailing industry best-practices as updated guidelines emerge. Above all though we will continue to act in the best interests of our employees, customers, suppliers and those other third parties involved with the Company in all we do.

Any future workplaces will be assessed so that the safest possible working environment can be created and the assessment form will be shared with our employees.
